Spring Conditiong 50% Complete
Hey Stars fans, parents, players, and supporters!
We're officially at the halfway mark of our spring conditioning program here at Bedford North Lawrence High School, and the energy around the BNL Boys Soccer team is building strong as we gear up for the Fall 2026 season. This is our 40th anniversary season as a program, and the boys are putting in the work now to make it one to remember.

Spring conditioning has been all about laying a solid foundation: building endurance, strength, speed, and that unbreakable team mentality through off-season training. The players have been grinding in the weight room, hitting the track for conditioning runs, and sharpening individual skills in small-group sessions. It's this dedicated off-season effort that sets the tone for success when the real games roll around.

Next up? The transition to Limited Contact Practices at the end of the school year. These sessions will allow us to ramp training up—focusing heavily on mechanics (first touch, passing accuracy, shooting technique) and team play (shape, movement off the ball, defensive organization, and tactical awareness).
Speaking of summer, the highlight on the horizon is our Team Camp at Purdue University. This camp is a prime opportunity for the squad to train in a college environment, compete against other high-level teams, receive top-tier coaching, and bond even deeper as a unit. It's an experience that accelerates growth and prepares us for the rigors of the Hoosier Hills Conference and beyond.

We're also excited to give back to the community with our High School Summer Camp on June 22-23. Open to youth players in the Bedford area, this camp lets our Stars lead sessions, demonstrate skills, and mentor the next generation right here on our home turf. It's a great way to grow soccer in North Lawrence while our players develop leadership on and off the field.
